Physical Description

Aoife has a slight build and fair skin. Her red hair extends down to her waist, but is done up in fashionable styles for performances and salons. She tailors her wardrobe to the style and theme of the event.

Brief History

Nothing is certain of Aoife’s past before 1600 CE, but references from her songs suggest she “came from the sea” up to a millennia earlier, to “lure men of evil heart and wandering eye” to their doom. In the 17th century Aoife began wandering into towns, giving outstanding musical performances in taverns and inns for relatively disreputable crowds. In a few small cities, she was invited by the local Toreador to perform in proper music halls, which she accepted. Those she interacted with noted that she seemed to not care for the adulation and praise, but rather appeared to be looking for something. As her renown spread in vampire circles, she was invited to perform at the court of Francois Villon, Prince of Paris. She originally demurred, but reluctantly accepted when he offered a pension for travel around Europe. Aoife performed in Toreador salons in select domains throughout continental Europe for nearly a century, providing prestige to her hosts. She took Progeny during this time, spreading the Daughters’ Bloodline.

Current Status

Aoife lives a secluded life in a place unknown to other vampires. She appears every couple of decades to perform for at lucky Toreador’s salon. She has collected several significant boons this way.
