Physical Description

An impassive statue of a creature, Hephaesti’s natural state is an androgynous human carved from stone and gray leather, lined with dull rusty-brown veins. When emotion does manage to crawl its way into Hephaesti’s slate-grey eyes, the vampire is a scornful and a serious thing to behold. Tattoos of fell beasts, mythological and terrible to behold, etch their way down the length of Hephaesti’s arms, and a Tremere clan symbol sits between Hephaesti’s wings: two leathery black monstrosities nearly 6’ in span. Each limb ends in claws, and Hephaesti always moves with purpose

Brief History

After years of enslavement to the Tremere, Hephaesti led an entire grotesquerie in open revolt in those years when freedom was martially gained. During this time, Hephaesti diaberlized a Methuselah of Clan Tremere. For some time afterward, Hephaesti embraced and fought a way across the European theater, and then disappeared in the 18th century. It is said that Hephaesti avoids other kindred and distrusts everyone other than fellow Gargoyles.

Current Status

The whereabouts of Hephaesti are unknown though it is rumored that Hephaesti is often hiding among the spires of the great cathedrals of Europe.
