Physical Description

A young-looking woman of Persian origin, Sar-rat appears to be in her early twenties and has a natural beauty that she leaves unembellished by cosmetics or jewelry. Wisps of long black hair often escape her white roosari, which stands in contrast to her more traditional black clothes. She easily disappears into a crowd.

Brief History

Though ur-Shulgi is known to be her sire, the details of her embrace are lost to history, as neither care to speak of it. Always on the outskirts of Mountain society, she has turned down both the Seat of Dust and Bone and the Seat of the Book in favor of her own scholarly pursuits. She was absent from the Mountain for years at a time on various archaeological or anthropological studies, returning often with new childer. Always a follower of Humanity, Sar-rat last left the Mountain in 1700 CE. She has been Dispossessed since then, and while no Assamite has knowingly taken or been offered a Contract for her return, her name is only whispered since ur-Shulgi woke.

Current Status

Away from the Mountain; the specifics are unknown.
