Zachary's Phoenix

Combining the existing Zachary's Rare Books with a new larger Hotel offering, Zachary's Phoenix exists to provide services for vampires and those who serve them. Though not an Elysium, Zachary's is recognized as neutral ground, open to clientele of all sect affiliations. Any who would break the peace face censure across all the Zachary's branches and the wrath of the Mesites and their network of employees and allies.

OOC Information

What this is

A location which serves to promote civility within vampiric society that is player enforced (as opposed to an Elysium). A way to add some continuity to a national game and bring a variety of players together in common interest. A way to have an information exchange and clandestine method of requesting other services. A way for players to have more agency over their local games, with player-enforced consequences.

What this is not

A location that every game should be hosted at in your domain. A method of blackmailing other characters who take part in these services. An excuse for the sanctity of Zachary’s to get violated, or for characters or staff to violate it to force players to respond.
